10 September 2007 Can anybody tell me that how a foreign company can be financed. In other words what are the various financial instruments for taking over the foreign company. Which is more beneficial.

11 September 2007 As I understand from your case, option available is to inject equity from India.

That part of equity can be backed by local finance available in India. It would be cheap and easy as well.

In France, I dont think you can get any finance (as a acquirer) to acquire the interest in a france based company. I however not commenting on the leagl part of it.
