what is the process you considered while doing in preparation financial statements

major criterion those have to be kept in mind while preparation of financial statement are
1.compnies law provision including sed.VI .
2.Accounting standard, Gaap for the particula entered in F.statement .
3.Clause 49 if its listed compay etc.
