18 January 2013 I m only 12th passed student but got 5 year experience in the field of accounts & indirect taxes so my question is that i want to start business of accounting, so Can I start it ?

Yes you can surely start with business.

There is no bar on it, however to prove your candidature in this field you can complete your study by correspondence mode.
