There are two group company A & B. In this case employee of co.A is working on behalf of Co.B. However employee is under the payroll of Co.A and the same is subsequently reimbursed by Co.B for the salary and other benefits paid by Co.A and Co. B also consider that in its books under payroll. Now for retirement benefits which company is suppose to comply with AS-15? Pls advice

Company A is supposed to comply with AS -15.Since compnay A is responsible for making the payment of retirement benefit. Company B is only reimbursing the expenditure.
