03 July 2012 How to Disclose the previous year amounts in Revised Schedule -VI??? If i do not disclose the same in Revised Schedule -VI at the time of first time implementing it, Is it attract any violation under companies act?????

03 July 2012 Yes, it will be a vioaltion of Schedule VI as there is no exemption available for prior year restatements.
