About the excisable turnover for the ssi units

According to the budget 2013-14 is there any change for the turnover limit of Rs.4 Crore for the ssi units taking the benefit of Rs.1.5 crore due to which they come in the excise net from 01-04-2013.Please let me know as soon as possible.
