Sir, my question is, is the regulation passed where we can directly register for intermidiate so called ipcc after post graduation? how about the articleship process?

sir if it takes 2-3 months to pass the regulation then one cannot get an chance for may 2013 attempt, then 1 has to wait for november2012 attempt?
