30 January 2013 my employer does not cut TDS on monthly basis from salary so at the end of the year he will deduct tds on total amount he paid or on the amount above than Rs. 200000.

30 January 2013 Tax payable by u will be deducted by your employer. As in salary TDS is as per slab rate of employee on employees income ok.
