A roc annual return of private limited co&. is pending from A.y.06-07 to A.y.09-10,further i want to know how much late fee and annual return fee charged by mca,

To the best of my memory, Normal fees + maximum 10 times is the limit. Hence if the normal fees to your company is Rs. 500/- for any document, the additional fees would be Rs. 5000/-

Maximum penalty is 9 times not 10 times.

Also forgot to add upto 31st August 2010 only 25% of the normal additional fees need to be paid in the Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2010

File pending documents to ROC before 31.08.2010 and get 75% discount on addtional fees.
