16 February 2016 Are u sure refund not received, Because Refund will be credit only if account number and name of assesse matches,

Kindly check what account number you have given for refund,and also enquire with tax consultant who help you to file return ,whether he filed any rectification return to change of bank details

and if u given your mail id refer refund advice where it is clearly mentions which account refund got credited

If refund got credited to others account you may complain to incometax department

Say that refund credited to wrong account.You need to try hard as u mentioned account number wrongly and in my knowledge refund can be paid only if name and account number matched,

First if possible try to contact person who got credit of your client and explain to him,,if he pays that money back problem solves here iself
Or else you need to fight with SBI and later complaining with ASSESSING OFFICER

is your name mentioned in refund advice,,make that as suporting.
