When I m try to register pan then it will user ID doesn't exist.and when I am try to login by doing forgot password then it will show registered ur user id.I'm trying to contact E filings toll free more than 20 times.So plz suggest what will I do to tackle this problem...?

This is because someone tried to register PAN on e-filing earlier and the activation link was send on mail ID. but somehow it was not activated though the password was set. To counter this problem you have to write an email to validate@incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in with following details:
Name of the PAN holder PAN Pan address
They will reset the password and sent it to the mail id if PAN address mentioned by you matches with the database.
