Applicable if it is receipt of work contract service by company from individual or partnership firm . . It is work contract if there is a transfer of propert in goods which will be leviable to tax as sale of goods then it is workcontract service and reverse charge applicable . . 50 percent by servce provider 50 percent by service receiver
