hello sir, my husband and my Brother in Law working in same company. Their Company gave tax calculation form, We fill that form and send it to the office. in that they want rental aggrement for rental proof. we gave separate rental agreement for both of them. In that the address of both of them is same only. our monthly rent is 6000/pm, we are in ground floor, my brother in law monthly rent is 5000/pm, he is on first floor.In recent I have seen newspaper the new amendament has passed (i.e) the return file person whose total rental income is exceed 1 lakhs, the PAN number of landlord is mandatory, like that they mention. In our case we gave same address for both of them. Is there any problem will accur while filling. pls suggest me.
