yES, HE CAN CLAIM, BUT HE SHOULD HAVE TO CLAIM IN SOME PROPORTIONATE RATIO. LIKE TELEPHONE EXP IS USED MAINLY FOR BUSINESS - THEN HE CAN CLAIM 80% TO 90% AS BUSINESS , BALANCE FOR PERSONAL. SAME FOR OTHER EXP.
