One of assesse filed AY 2007-08 IT Return and he got TDS claim Rs.100000

but commissioner enquiring books of accounts after got cheque

how to handle this situtations why he does not maintain books of account

22 October 2010 What are you telling? who should maintain books of account, you have to maintain, commissioner has full power to open the assesment and notice you for books of accounts. You have to keep all the books for the period of 12 years.
