If one contractor registered under Construction of Industrial or commercial complex, not in works contract service and gross amount charged in the bill/invoice exclusive of cost of land then what percentage of service tax he will be charge on his bill/invoice? is it 33% of 12.36%? but 33% abatement rate not mentioned anywhere in the Notification No. 26/2012-ST dt. 20-06-2012

I know that but this abatement usually enjoyed by the developers, not contractors who is engaged by the developers to construct the property. contractor who contract the property by virtue of order of developers, no land value inclusive of his contract & if he registered under Construction of Industrial or commercial complex service if he enjoy any abatement?

CAN U WRITE SEPARATE AGREEMENT FOR ONLY CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING WITH OUT REGISTRATION OF LAND AND BUILDING.
CAN WRITE A AGREEMENT WITH FLOT OWNER( PURCHASE APARTMENT) FOR ONLY CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSE. SO U CAN ENJOY WITH OUT LAND COST AND REGISTRATION COST EFFECT.

If we entered an agreement with builder/developers only construction of building,then in think it will not enjoy abatement 75% under construction of commercial & industrial service. because 75% abatement only available when the gross value include land cost. is any abatement enjoy a contractor when he construct a building commercial or residential?
