in my salary slip some amount is deducted for Prime Minister’s relief fund. To get exemption u/s 80G, I need to file PAN (for donee), address for donation made. But payment is made by Salary deduction , So we don’t have a donation receipts. How can I get the PAN and Address details for donation (

You should ask your employer details of donation. If name of donee is available you can search PAN on income tax website.
