Medical insurance paid through credit card.
This was allowable u/s80D ( I think cash paid to medical insurance not allowable for exempttion)

Effective from 1-4-2008, premium paid in any mode, other than cash, is eligible for deduction u/s 80D, subject to compliance of that section.

WEF 2008-2009 ASSESSMENT YEAR, INSURANCE PREMIUM UNDER SEC 80 D BY AN INDIVIDUAL OR HUF CAN BE PAID BY ANY MODE OTHER THAN CASH TO BE AN ALLOWABLE DEDUCTION.
