Pls advice I am working a IT Company. a company provided group Medical Insurance. they are Deducted 50% in our salary and 50% paid company

Pls advice can I take deduction u/s80 D both Contribution in income tax

27 February 2013 Since it is group medical insurance policy taken by company, you can not claim benefit for same. I am sure they are just adjusting your part from your CTC and not showing it as recivery in your salary slip.
