05 April 2013 My wife is a salaried person and having LIC policies in her name. Can I claim deduction under 80-C under my incomeif the LIC premium paid by cash. Remember she is a salaried woman and I want to claim deduction from LIC policies in her name as she has crossed the maximum limit of 80-C Rs.100000/-. Please reply.
