13 September 2008 Should Bouns be paid to employyee before 30th of sept in order to claim deduction U/s 43B?

13 September 2008 As per Sec. 43B of I.Tax Act, in order to claim deduction of Bonus which is payable on 31st March, it should be paid before the due date of filing of return i.e, 30th Sep. for A.Y.2008-09 onwards.
