if any unsecured loan is taken by partnership firm or Co. & in annexure to 3CD it is shown as current liability then in the unsecured loan taken annexure should the amount be disclosed?

YES UNSECURED LOAN IS TREATED AS UNSECURED LOAN FOR 3CD ANNEXURE PURPOSE . . AND CURRENT LIABILITY WILL BE REDUCED BY UNSECURED LOAN AMOUNT
