22 July 2010 can somebody clear me the key points of 3cd report with example.this is the time of tax audit.so in general what points should we have noticed during audit?
I also want to see some 3 CD filled reports of some Assesses.sothat i can clear my concepts.

22 July 2010 No one would ever share a filed 3CD form due to confidentiality issue.

So you could google search for the same.

Main points could be relating to Section 40(a), the TDS schedule, the PF & ESIC Schedule, etc.
