If an order is passes for Rectification petition U/S 154 of Income Tax Act - then against of such order can a Revision petition U/S 264 be lodged. pls reply faster
If a Revision U/S 264 is raised then can we open total matters of the case or only the petition areas mentioned under the Rectification Petition U/S 154 only to be mentioned. Pls reply
