04 June 2014 What does part - G in form 26AS refer to? Please explain.

04 June 2014 This is meant for the "Deductors" meaning thereby assessees who are liable to deduct tax at source.
.
Any demand if remains pending in TDS statements filed by the deductor assessee,
detail of such outstanding demands is given under Part-G.

05 June 2014 Thank you sir. Here the client has received demand letter for Rs.1,900. Out of this he has paid Rs.1,800. So the pending amount is Rs.100 only. But Part - G shows an amount of Rs.1,900. Why is it so?


08 June 2014 it may not have been updated yet. kindly pay of the remaining demand and revise the tds returns.
