A Company Incorporated October 2011. In Assessment Order 234C calculated from June only. Even Order u/s 154 is also rejected how to solve. 234c is more than 1 lakhs
the 154 application was rightly rejected. 234C shall apply irrespective of when you came into existence. it has been the position upheld by the Supreme Court.
