16 January 2015 Can a company appoint 2 statutory auditors i.e one for standalone accounts & one for consolidated accounts?

16 January 2015 no,this is not allowed but can appoint joint auditors.

17 January 2015 Agree with Mr. Tushar. This is in line with section 143(2) read with 129(3) of the act
