SIR, PLEASE GUIDE ME THAT HAVING 2 PAN AND TDS DEDUCTED A.Y-15-16 BOTH PAN . IT FILLING ONE PAN NO PAST YEAR (A.Y 14-15) . NOW REQUIRED REFUND ,

Surrender the latest PAN. Then ask the person who has deducted tax to revise his TDS returns using the old PAN. Then file the returns only in the old PAN.
