14 July 2012 can 2 companies have same registered office?
the directors are same in both company

14 July 2012 Yes two companies can definitely have one registered n corporate office. As in case of group companies, al companies under group companies have the same registered & corporate office.

Agree with the above
There will be no violation whatsoever if two or more companies have same registered office.
But make sure that you comply with section 147 of the Compaies Act, 1956.
