05 April 2012 Form 15H can not be issued since your limit crosses the basic exemption limit.

06 April 2012 In my case interest income is Rs. 1 lac only, after netting of interest payment of Rs. 3 lacs which is below taxable limit, accordingly form no. 15H can be issued.

06 April 2012 No, the amount paid u/s 193, 194A should also not exceed the basic exemption limit. hence you can not issue form 15H or 15G
