12 February 2015 Respected Sir / M'dam,

If the Assessee dies before giving 15 H declaration for non - deduction of TDS.

Can his hier's give the same in respect of the income earned by the Assessee before the Death.

or

TDS should be deducted..??

12 February 2015 once the assessee dies then from that date the income earned shall be that of legal hiers and 15H shall not be applicable in case if the legal hiers are not seniors.
