29 December 2010 If any person Received notice under section 143(2)...

but that person never replied that notice what is the consequences apart from receving penalties notice

can the AO make any additions.....

29 December 2010 Assessment will be completed u/s 144 on best judgement and whatever deems fit can be added though the same can e contested in appeal.
