Please clarify the following queries.
1. Can a 100% EOU, STP unit can claim Sec.10B benefits for the A.Y 2010-11 ?
2. What will be situation if the unit has made some domestic sales as well( Domestic sale was below 5% ).

28 May 2010 hai 100% eou can claim exemption upto A.Y 2011-12.

On;y export profit will be allowed as deduction under sec 10B . The Formula is
