Can Any One Can Explain Me That "Why There Is 0% CST Is Applicable On Purchase Of Goods From Union Tartary (U.T.) (Eg. Daman)

0% against Form 'C' is available in UT (Daman) which is notified by the UT Government.
However, C form has to be issued against the interstate sale for claiming concessional rate of tax. Otherwise, such concession shall not be available and the Authorities may charge higher rate of tax applicable.
