23 April 2012 A dealer is registered under voluntary reg in the aug 2010 but deposit has not be use for the set off of the tax Can now it be utllized for the same as it is paid before may 2011

25 April 2012 Deposit of Voluntary Reg is for for set off for Vat Payable, there is not restriction when to set off if liability is available then you can sett off otherwise. voluntary registration deposit is indicate in current asset
