online cs executive registration

04 June 2013 friends, this is venkat i am applying for cs executive through online while payment i did not get the receipt but the payment already got debited in my account and credited the icsi account. so how can get payment receipt and registration no.

I get the payment id and ref id to my mail id but it is not working

so please send me any reference mail id or contact no.
