Companies which are taking 10A or 80I exemption and paying taxes as per MAT - Whether these companies are eligible to Take MAT credit which was paid earlier during the Tax Holiday, Aganist the Taxes payable by them once they become liable to pay taxes after the holiday Period?

yes, they can take the credit of the same in the year when they need to pay the taxes u/s 115JAA.
