Hello Sir,
i have already applied PAN Card get it . but now loss the my PAN No PAN card xerox copy and approval letter can i applied for Reprint/correction & changes of PAN card.

Illayaraja very first you need to file a daily in the police station in your zone and intimate that you have lost the credit card , as you think to apply for correction of pan card in that case also you need to have your earlier PAN Card .
It will be better to consult your nearest IT Sampark Cendra .
