yES, AS PER SECTION 73 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, EVERY COMPANY SHALL FILE THE RETURN OF DEPOSIT IN FORM DPT 3 ON OR BEFORE 30TH JUNE OF EVERY YEAR AND FURNISH THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN AS ON 31 MARCH OF THAT YEAR DULY AUDITED BY AUDITOR OF THE COMPANY
