18 December 2010 plz let me know that in income u/salary exemption limit of gratuity is rs 350000 or 1000000 rs applicable for may 2011 exams ?

Amendment to Gratuity Act wef 24/05/2010.
Hence Limit of Rs. 10,00,000/- Applicable to May 11 Exams.
