21 August 2012 A company woking as a commision agent in real estate. Can get credit of service tax paid on office telephone and internet bills.

21 August 2012 Yes, In My Perception The Credit Should be Allowed.

If You Manage to Corelate The Telephone Bill with Your Output Service Infront of Deprtment Then Can Go Ahead for This.

21 August 2012 Yes, in many of the CESTAT decisions, even cell phone charges are allowed for claiming cenvat benefit. As long as your landline is used for the output services, it is allowed.
