I have sold 2 properties 1 is land and other is a residential house.Can I claim deduction u/s 54 of Capital gain?. And Can the I take deduction for both the above properties by purchaseing of 1 Residential property worth the same amount of captial gain which have incurred on Selling of Both the above properties. is there any provision for this situation.
