yesterday i have filed a belated return on one client online at the time of upload i have make a mistake that select the section 139 (1) is it this mistake can be rectified.

You download new ITR schema. Fill all the details properly in new excel file including selecting section 139(4) for belated return. Generate new XML file and upload it on website for respective asstt. year. After it, post new ITR-V to I.T. Deptt. This is rectifiable.
