Wrongly tds excess deducted in march'13-reg

05 August 2013 We have made TDS payment Section 94J Twice for the month of March-13 ( Asst Year 2013-14 – Actual Payable- 1,31,800/- Paid 3,31,800/-.How can I Refund it? or is it possible to adjust in Asst year 2014-15.

Please clarify my doubt.

05 August 2013 It is not possible to adjust in different financial year. you need to apply for refund to your ITO TDS Circle with complete details, it may be refund after the assessment
