Kindly check your tax credit in form 26 AS in income tax site if the tax credit is in your form kindly go for rectification u/s 154. Because IT department refer form 26 AS only while issuing intimation u/s 143(1). Hence in your account TDS was not credited so they issued the intimation u/s 143(1)
