Wrong tan mentioned by bank

1 ) By over singht by staff has paid Rs 2,25,000/- in different TAN & IN another case RS 1,40,000/- challan amount bank has mention wrong TAN

pl sugges how do i rectifiy this both TAN CORRECTON .

27 April 2013 sir this mistake has taken place 3 months back , no changes possible by bank , i have visited in even churniroad office , even they said it not possbile by them .

pl suggest any way out
