What is the procedure to rectify wrong name printed on pan card (Spelling Mistake).

IF YOU HAVE DONE THE PHOTOCOPY OF THIS APPLICATION (FORM -49) EMAIL TO TININFO@NSDL.CO.IN regarding the subject if you fill up form as right.
OTHERWISE PLEASE FILL UP FORM AS PER GIVEN BELOW MENTIONED LINK AND SUBMIT IT IN CONCERNED NSDL/ ANY OTHER AUTHORISED CENTER WILL SUBMIT RS. 94/- AS WELL AS A FORMAT WILL SUBMIT YOU CAN GET IT FROM THE AUTHORISED CENTER.
