Wrong delivery of ipcc examination form

03 September 2012 i have sent my ipcc examination form via speed post to icai delhi but it is wrongly deliver at any other place due to mistake of post office...i have file a complaint regarding this in post office...in this condition whether icai accept my examination form or not

How did you come to know that it was delivered incorrectly
