in my company aroung 35 crore interior and furning work have been done by differnet company but they dont charge wct ,pls tell me when it will applicable necessary.as i have listen it will applicable when construction/interioe/furning work will taken by party. pls explain

This is responsibility of service provider to depost the tax, whether they charge or not, If rates are inclusive of tax, they will not charge extra.
