Sir, In one of my case for AY 2017-18, the Assessing Officer had not accepted the claim of exemption u/s 11(1)(d) i.e. Corpus Donation received; due to non filling of from no. 10B in time limit prescribed, but during the course of assessment I had filed the same.
Sir, my query is does contention of AO is right; for disallowing the Corpus donation just because of Non filling of Audit Report Pls. also note that there were no accumulation created u/s 11(2)
